Job summary

Marsden Services, L.L.C. is seeking an After Hours Maintenance Technician (Level III) for a full-time, permanent role in the Saint Paul area.

Schedule is 4pm–12:30am, Monday–Friday, with potential on-call duties and a company vehicle provided. Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance across HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and fixtures; manage work orders within 48 hours; train new technicians and ensure safety compliance at all properties in

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Regular lifting of more than 20 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to navigate stairs and confined spaces safely.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• High school graduate or equivalent; higher tech training preferred.
• Boilers license levels accepted and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Schedule and ensure timely completion (48 hours) of all work orders.
• Complete basic repairs to HVAC, electrical, carpentry, fixtures, plumbing and windows.
• Assist in prioritizing work orders and monitoring building maintenance.
• Conduct site-level preventative maintenance inspections.
• Maintain inventory of hand tools and supplies for the workshop.
