Job summary

Marsden Services, L.L.C. seeks a Property Maintenance Technician Level III to support our Minneapolis/St. Paul properties. This full-time role is 4pm–12:30am, Monday–Friday, with a company vehicle provided and occasional after-hours work.

Duties include installing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and fixtures; scheduling and completing work orders within 48 hours; coordinating with vendors and residents; and maintaining safety and inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Regular lifting of more than 20 lbs and up to 80 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and fixtures.
• Schedule and complete work orders within 48 hours.
• Coordinate with vendors and residents; maintain safety standards.
