Job summary

VIA Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate end-of-life care in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or associates degree in nursing, an active RN license, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in hospice or palliative care. Qualifications

• A current, active, and unrestricted RN license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in hospice or palliative care.
• Experience with pediatric population required for Kids Path Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate plans of care and provide patient interventions.
• Maintain clinical documentation according to guidelines.
