Job summary

ACG Hospice in South Carolina is seeking an After-Hours Hospice RN to provide on-call nursing care after hours. This salaried, full-time role supports patients and families with compassionate, patient-centered care, coordinating with the hospice team and the 24/7 triage group.

Responsibilities include serving as the patient advocate, ensuring quality plans of care, and delivering support during evenings and weekends. A strong nursing background and dependable transportation are required.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state RN license.
2+ years of nursing experience in clinical care; hospice experience preferred.
Ability to lift 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Cover on-call after hours from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday morning.
Serve as patient advocate and coordinate with patients, families, and the hospice care team.
Collaborate with 24/7 triage department and local hospice team.
Provide compassionate care and support to patients and families.
