Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing; RN licensure required.
• Current RN license in Kentucky or a participating Compact State.
• CPR certification and ongoing professional development encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice care in patients' homes or setting called home.
• Respond to patient needs outside regular hours and offer clinical guidance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to manage symptoms and support families.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy during emotionally challenging situations.
