Job summary

ACG Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for after-hours on-call coverage from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday. You will partner with the on-call triage team and the local hospice staff to ensure compassionate, high-quality patient care after hours.

The RN will advocate for patients and families, coordinate with the care team, and maintain open communication to support individualized care plans. We value integrity, teamwork, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active RN license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to lift 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours on-call nursing care and collaborate with the 24/7 triage department.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the hospice care team to support the plan of care.
