Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of Registered Nurse experience.
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting.
• Respond to after-hours and on-call patient needs.
• Support and guide patients and families during crisis situations.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Work independently but collaboratively.
