Graham Healthcare Group is seeking an After Hours Registered Nurse (RN) for Hospice care, delivering end-of-life comfort in patients' homes within Latrobe and surrounding areas in Pennsylvania.

The role requires a valid RN license, at least two years of RN experience (hospice experience preferred), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel about 20% of the day. A $10,000 first-year bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state you work.
• Minimum two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive ~20% of the day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting in patients' homes.
• Respond to after-hours and on-call needs with urgent assessments and symptom management.
• Support families during evenings, nights, weekends, and crises with clear communication.
