The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in Pennsylvania, has at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and can travel about 20% of the day. A $10,000 first-year bonus is available for milestone goals.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel ~20% of workday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting with an interdisciplinary team.
• Respond to after-hours needs with urgent assessments and symptom management.
• Support patients and families during evenings, nights, weekends, and crises.
