Southeastrans is seeking an After-Hours Dispatch Team Lead in Villa Rica, GA to manage after-hours dispatch operations, respond to discharge orders and ride requests, and maintain a professional image on every phone call. You will organize routes, monitor ETA, coordinate with providers, and escalate issues as needed, ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones for discharge orders, ride requests, inquiries and complaints.
• Place orders in the computer system.
• Provide information for providers with projected service times.
• Transfer calls to regional team members.
• Identify, research, and resolve issues using the computer system.
• Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Plan and optimize daily trip routes cost-effectively.
• Support other departments regarding trip assignments.
• Ensure trips identified for eligibility verification are planned.
• Answer phones professionally and courteously to customers, vendors and employees.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
