Job summary

Hope's Voice Advocate role is a part-time, remote-position serving Knox or Daviess County, Indiana. The advocate provides after-hours crisis response, victim assistance, and case management for survivors, coordinating with law enforcement, healthcare, and community partners.

Primary duties include overnight/on-call crisis response, documentation, and referrals with strict confidentiality and compliance to applicable laws and funders.

Qualifications

• Overnight and weekend on-call coverage is required.
• Respond to dispatches within 15 minutes when on-call.
• Maintain strict confidentiality for survivors, volunteers, and families.
• Located in Knox or Daviess County, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight and weekend on-call coverage for the Hope's Voice Hotline.
• Respond in person to hospitals and law enforcement as dispatched.
• Conduct crisis intervention for IPV and sexual assault survivors.
• Coordinate referrals to housing, healthcare, childcare, employment, and other services.
• Maintain accurate records and complete data entry per program requirements.
• Adhere to confidentiality and applicable laws and organizational policies.
