Job summary

Health & Human Services Comm in Mexia, TX is seeking a Campus Administrator (RS IV) to oversee after-hours operations. The role requires monitoring facilities, addressing incidents, and coordinating with the Incident Management team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience which includes one or more of: working with people who have IDD, responding to emergencies and incidents, conducting audits or monitoring, investigating alleged abuse, neglect or exploitation.

Responsibilities

• Attend a regular shift schedule and may rotate to extended shifts/overtime as required.
• Monitor homes and grounds, address emergencies or incidents immediately after discovery and document findings.
• Serve as the liaison for abuse/neglect allegations and as first responding staff on scene of a critical incident.
• Provide direction and guidance to staff as first responder and deescalate incidents.
• Coordinate unusual incidents and support investigations to ensure compliance with rules and standards.
• Conduct audits and trending projects to improve service delivery and safety for individuals served.
• Instruct and train staff on approved policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• May participate in disaster response, continuity of operations (COOP), and overtime as needed.
