Texas Health and Human Services is seeking a RS IV - Campus Admin at Mexia State Supported Living Center. You will serve as after-hours on-duty oversight staff, monitoring facilities and responding to incidents, with rotating 4p-12a or 12a-8a shifts depending on schedule.

The position requires knowledge of IDD services, strong incident response, and ability to coordinate investigations. Telework is not available; weekend/holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.
• Two years of experience with people who have IDD, responding to emergencies or conducting audits/monitoring.
• Able to pass background checks and meet program requirements.

Responsabilités

• Attends regular shifts as scheduled, including rotating evenings/nights.
• Monitors homes and grounds, documents incidents and communicates with administration.
• Act as liaison for abuse/neglect allegations and first respondent on critical incidents.
• Coordinate and assist with investigations and trend analyses to improve programs.
• Train staff on approved policies and procedures and participate in audits.
