Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking an experienced AFSIM Integration Analyst to build, run, and evaluate high-fidelity mission-level simulations supporting Air Force acquisition and defense programs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into AFSIM models, perform data analysis, and ensure model credibility through VV&A while staying current with DoD simulation practices and mission concepts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of modeling and simulation or operations analysis.
• 1+ years of experience with AFSIM (mission-level modeling and scenario analysis).
• Ability to interpret and model operational concepts, threat laydowns, and system characteristics from government docs and SMEs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while meeting client objectives.
• Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, intel community, and stakeholders to translate requirements into AFSIM models.
• Post-process and visualize AFSIM data to derive actionable insights for decision-making.
• Develop and execute complex AFSIM-based platform performance and system-level analyses.
• Apply VV&A processes to ensure credibility and reliability of models and results.
• Document models, scenarios, methodologies, and findings for knowledge transfer.
• Stay current with AFSIM capabilities, DoD modeling practices, and emerging concepts.
