Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an AFSIM Integration Analyst to advance modeling and simulation efforts at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will translate operational requirements into AFSIM models and perform data post-processing to drive informed decisions.

You will apply VV&A, document methodologies, and stay current with DoD M&S practices to deliver credible analytics for mission support. Candidates require TS clearance and a relevant bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of modeling and simulation or operations analysis.
• 1+ year of AFSIM experience with mission-level modeling.
• Experience with AFSIM scripting and data post-processing, HAL.
• Experience with DoD Modeling & Simulation (M&S) processes, VV&A.
• Ability to interpret operational concepts and government documentation.
• Top Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, or CS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, intel, and stakeholders to translate requirements into AFSIM models.
• Post-process and visualize AFSIM data to support data-driven decisions.
• Develop and execute complex AFSIM-based platform performance analyses.
• Apply VV&A to ensure credibility of models and results.
• Document models, scenarios, methodologies, and findings for knowledge transfer.
• Stay current with DoD M&S practices and DoD concepts to deliver innovative solutions.
