• Develop scalable market entry playbooks adaptable to diverse African markets.
• Manage import, logistics, and local infrastructure needs for SmartMast deployments.
• Engage maritime stakeholders, negotiate partnerships, and onboard local vendors and installers.
• Lead regional team building and coordinate with global product, engineering, legal, and marketing teams.
