You will steer high-level strategy for Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic buys, translate data into action, and collaborate with brand, product, analytics, and creative teams to accelerate scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Fluency in English; French or Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional growth strategy for African markets, defining the overarching marketing vision and scaling roadmap.
• Shape brand presence at scale with above-the-line and large-scale media partnerships.
• Provide senior oversight across paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, affiliates, and mobile DSPs.
• Partner with brand, product, analytics and creative leadership to align marketing with business priorities.
• Lead market intelligence to identify high-value growth levers and opportunities.
• Translate performance data into clear narratives and investment plans for executives.
