Job summary

Opti Staffing Group in Seattle seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee multiple affordable housing properties, primarily serving HUD Project-Based Section 8 residents. Responsibilities include leasing, income certifications, coordinating maintenance, rent collection, tenant relations, and ensuring policy compliance.

COS training may be required within the first year for HUD portfolio assignments. The position offers $30-$35/hour, Monday through Friday, with medical, dental and vision

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in affordable property management.
• Strong business English communication, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties and conduct income certifications.
• Coordinate maintenance across multiple buildings.
• Collect rent and enforce resident guidelines.
