ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple apartment communities. You will ensure efficient, profitable operations and deliver exceptional resident service while reporting to the Regional Manager.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of apartment communities.
• Experience with leasing, rent collection, and resident relations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to determine rental rates and maintain competitive pricing.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate a team of leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders and move-ins.
