Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of apartment communities and maximize revenue while delivering exceptional resident service.

You will manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations, hire and train staff, and work with the maintenance team to ensure timely work orders and readiness. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Experience as a Property Manager in multifamily preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise leasing, maintenance, and admin teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Conduct market research to set competitive rents.
• Hire, train, and motivate leasing consultants and staff.
• Oversee lease renewals and maximize retention.
• Maintain financial records and prepare budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
