Job summary

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a 74-unit affordable housing property in Macon, GA. You will oversee operations, rent collection, resident relations, and maintenance coordination to ensure compliant, fiscally sound performance.

Lead staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance across LIHTC programs. The role requires 3+ years in residential property management with affordable housing exposure, and experience with RealPage OneSite.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of residential multifamily property management experience.
• Two+ years of affordable housing experience.
• LIHTC/voucher experience preferred.
• Experience with RealPage OneSite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and financial performance.
• Collect rent and manage resident charges.
• Address resident concerns professionally.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and make-ready processes.
• Prepare and monitor operating budget and capital plans.
• Oversee accounting tasks including invoicing and evictions.
• Hire, train, and supervise site staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections and income verifications.
