Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven, measurable property performance.
• Experience with LIHTC, affordable, section 8 & SRAP strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MRI software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% occupancy; manage waiting lists and move-ins.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Review invoices; monitor budget and accounts payable.
• Adhere to budget and adjust income/expenses as needed.
• Oversee lease administration and rent collection practices.
• Inspect common areas and coordinate maintenance with teams.
• Foster a positive work environment for staff and residents.
