Job summary

Regional Economic Community Action Program Inc is seeking a Housing Development Coordinator to provide programmatic and administrative support to the Housing Development Department. The role focuses on advancing affordable housing goals in Orange County, NY by managing grants, contracts, and project data.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, prepare reports and presentations, and help ensure successful implementation of housing initiatives across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2+ years in real estate development, housing, or grant/compliance roles.
• Experience with grants, contracts, and reporting.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize files for real estate development projects (grants, contracts, databases).
• Assist with reports, grant applications, compliance docs, and presentations.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, circulate minutes, coordinate tasks.
• Track deadlines and reporting requirements for grants and contracts.
• Support fiscal processes: vouchers, invoices, reimbursements, supplies.
