Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills, with emphasis on technical writing and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction team tasks for under-construction projects and manage pre-development efforts.
• Analyses new residential/mixed-use opportunities and complete funding applications for capital financing and operating funding.
• Liaise with government agencies and HANAC partners (HPD, DHCR, HUD) and manage due diligence and compliance documents.
