Job summary

WNC seeks a detail-oriented professional to coordinate and manage affordable housing development activities across the United States, with a focus on Irvine, CA. The role involves collaboration with project managers, construction, and accounting teams to prepare draw documentation and ensure timely closeouts.

Responsibilities include preparing proformas, funding applications, and due diligence packages, with occasional travel for site meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in real estate development.
• Experience with low-income housing tax credit is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to work with time sensitive material and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and manage activities related to affordable housing development.
• Assist in the preparation and updates of project proformas.
• Assist with preparation of funding applications to local, state, and federal agencies.
• Assist with closing, including organizing and facilitating due diligence and signature packages.
• Work with the project manager/construction/accounting team preparing construction draw documentation and monitoring schedule.
• Initiate and manage third party reports such as appraisals and environmental assessments.
• Travel for site meetings and trainings as needed.
• Provide support to multiple development managers on any requested information.
