Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in affordable housing administration (HUD: HCV, PBV, Public Housing, LIHTC, PIH, PBRA, SEMAP).
• 5+ years supervising teams or Project Managers.
• Experience managing multi-site or moderately complex portfolios preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Project Managers to meet timelines, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Ensure standardized workflows and compliance practices across projects.
• Review project health dashboards and resolve delivery or operational issues.
• Maintain audit readiness with proper documentation and internal controls.
• Lead client communications and foster executive-level relationships.
