ABC Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all operational and financial aspects of a property in compliance with Fair Housing laws. You will supervise leasing and maintenance staff, manage budgets, and ensure timely reporting.

The role emphasizes occupancy retention, HUD certifications, rent collections, and capital improvements, with collaboration across staff and vendors. A strong background in affordable housing and leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college beneficial.
• At least 2 years of Affordable Housing experience required.
• COS and TCS certifications beneficial; valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance staff and schedule work.
• Maintain property occupancy and retain residents.
• Administer HUD recertifications and review EIV reports.
• Rent collections and delinquency reporting.
• Oversee property maintenance, unit turns, and inspections.
• Prepare budgets and analyze property reports.
• Coordinate resident activities and correspondence.
• Attend court proceedings and trainings.
