Qualifications

• 2 – 5 years of property management experience.
• Experience in working with and supervising personnel.
• Knowledge of compliance related to Low Income Housing Credit program and Fair Housing.
• General knowledge of fair housing regulations.
• Experience with managing periodic inspections.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site personnel.
• Complete reports related to the community's status.
• Maintain accurate resident files in compliance with policies.
• Process applicants to maintain 100% occupancy.
• Oversee maintenance and inspections of the community.
• Collect rents and address delinquencies.
