Job summary

Solari Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a diligent Community Manager for Casa Nueva in San Diego, CA. You will supervise on-site staff, manage operations and reporting, and ensure compliance with HUD/TCAC and local regulations.

Responsibilities include maintaining resident files, processing applicants, coordinating maintenance, collecting rents, and communicating with government agencies. Strong communication, detail-orientation, and California driver’s license required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

2–5 years in property management.
Experience supervising staff.
Experience with Section 8.
Experience with HUD/TCAC and City inspections.
Excellent communication skills.
MS Word, Excel, Outlook and general computer skills.
Detail-oriented.
Valid California driver’s license.
Proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Supervise all community team members.
Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Maintain accurate resident files in compliance with established management produces and funding agency regulations.
Process applicants and lease units by following the guidelines of the Resident Selection Criteria.
Maintain relationships with local government agencies, such as HUD, TAC, etc.
Conduct regular follow-up inspections on maintenance work, grounds and common areas.
Collect rents and handle delinquent accounts.
