Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively onsite with travel up to 50% to other properties
• Leasing experience in affordable, HUD and/or tax credit properties
• Personal smartphone technology required

Responsibilities

• Find prospects and help them choose to lease, guiding them from initial contact to tours and lease/application paperwork
• Nurture prospects through multiple channels (phone, text, email, social media) to understand needs and secure leases
• Travel to and work onsite at assigned Madison area properties with reliable transportation
