Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for one of its communities. This role requires onsite presence, effective showings, timely leasing paperwork, and a focus on meeting and exceeding leasing goals.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and familiarity with on-site software. Knowledge of fair housing laws and OSHA requirements is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Attend onsite daily and greet prospects, tour the community, and sign leases.
• Process leasing paperwork and follow up with leads within 24 hours.
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover tasks.
• Support resident retention and marketing outreach initiatives.
