Job summary

Eureka Multifamily Group seeks a Leasing Agent to handle apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals within an affordable housing community. You will deliver excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and processing applications, while supporting occupancy targets and compliance.

The role involves tours, applications, rent collection, and maintaining records in line with policies and Fair Housing regulations. Prior customer service or sales experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales.
• Ability to communicate with residents and site staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining occupancy goals and process applications.
• Conduct tours, move-ins, and lease renewals; collect signatures.
• Receive rent payments, post to accounts, and maintain resident records.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to Fair Housing laws.
• Assist with inquiries, notices, and communication with residents.
