Job summary

Acruvacp is looking for an Associate Development Manager to assist in developing affordable housing projects in Florida and Puerto Rico. The role involves supporting the full development process, conducting feasibility analyses, and collaborating with teams to ensure timely project delivery. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in housing development, a relevant degree, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a passion for equitable housing. Place of work is flexible between Deerfield Beach, FL or San Juan, PR.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in affordable housing real estate development or project management.
• Strong interest in real estate development and commitment to affordable housing.
• Prior LIHTC or affordable housing development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the full project development process including project management.
• Research land development and zoning codes.
• Perform project analysis during pre-development phase.
