Job summary

Acruvacp seeks a Vice President of Construction Management to lead all construction-phase activities for affordable housing projects. The successful candidate will manage compliance with housing regulations, oversee budgeting, and ensure quality project delivery. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, managing general contractors, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. A background in construction management, along with knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, and a strong leadership presence, is essential for this role. This position is based in Deerfield Beach, Florida and may require travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive construction management experience in multifamily residential development.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple new-construction and/or substantial preservation affordable housing developments.
• Strong understanding and proven implementation experience in Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction-phase activities for assigned developments from groundbreaking to completion.
• Ensure compliance with an affordable housing construction funding/regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and approve monthly construction pay applications and draw-downs.
