Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with RealPage Onesite Tax Credit software.
• Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) certification is a plus; must attend HCCP training within 2 years.
• Knowledge of HUD programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review Affordable Housing resident files for eligibility and compliance with laws.
• Ensure file reviews are completed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures in the personnel manual.
• Monitor changes in LIHTC regulations and implement modifications.
• Attend TDHCA trainings annually and HCCP training within 2 years with passing score.
• Participate in all tax credit reviews by outside entities.
• Travel up to 50% of work time annually.
