You will build partnerships with housing authorities and community stakeholders, ensuring compliance with LIHTC or HUD programs and delivering resident-focused services with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience.
• Experience with affordable housing compliance (LIHTC or HUD) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
