Conifer Realty LLC is seeking a Community/Property Manager for an affordable housing community in Sicklerville, NJ. The role is full-time with a salary of $60,000–$70,000 and a Monday–Friday schedule. You will lead a team, oversee leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor management, and ensure LIHTC/HUD compliance.

The company emphasizes community impact and resident wellbeing. Candidates with LIHTC or HUD project-based experience, and certifications such as TCS/COS, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience
• Experience with inspections and reporting in affordable housing
• Certification in LIHTC or HUD project-based files is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead with heart and mentor the team
• Oversee inspections and reporting for compliance
• Build relationships with housing authorities and partners
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, budgeting and vendor management
• Guide residents through move-ins and move-outs
• Own the community with dignity, quality, and care
