Conifer Realty is seeking a Community (Property) Manager to oversee affordable housing operations in Sicklerville, NJ. The role centers on leasing, resident services, and building safe, connected communities with a focus on compliance for LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files.

You will mentor a team, manage inspections and reporting, oversee budgeting and vendor relations, and coordinate with housing authorities to connect families with resources.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience.
• Familiarity with LIHTC or HUD Project-Based housing.
• Certification in TCS or COS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease, rent collection, and financial oversight with accuracy.
• Oversee inspections, reporting, and compliance for affordable housing.
• Build relationships with housing authorities and community partners.
