You will oversee leasing, rent collection, budgeting and vendor oversight while mentoring a team and ensuring housing compliance. This full-time role emphasizes resident care and community impact.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience.
• Certification in LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files (TCS/COS) preferred.
• Ability to manage leasing, rent collection, budgeting and vendor management.

Responsibilities
