Role Summary

The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in daily operations and financial functions, overseeing leasing, personnel, maintenance, and compliance to ensure resident satisfaction and property profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with financial management, including posting payments, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports.
  • Manage personnel through effective hiring, training, coaching, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee leasing activities, including marketing, showing units, and resident move-ins.
  • Maintain property appearance and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resident retention programs.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years of experience in housing industry.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving, inspecting, and working in various environments.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range from $15 to $20 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, bonuses, paid sick days, and holidays.
