CONAM Management is seeking a Community Manager for Volta and Duetta in Chula Vista, CA. You will oversee affordable apartment operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, strong leasing performance, and compliant financial management.

A results-driven leader will mentor on-site staff and coordinate marketing, maintenance, and resident services. The role emphasizes budgets, monthly reporting, and adherence to housing regulations, including LIHTC/Section 8 processes.

Competenze

2-3 years of property management experience, especially in affordable communities.
Experience with HUD, LIHTC, PSH, Section 8, Senior, Rural Development.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient with property management software such as Yardi and MRI.

Mansioni

Oversee daily operations of an affordable multi-family community, ensuring safety and upkeep.
Lead on-site staff, mentoring on customer service, leasing, and resident relations.
Manage leasing processes: marketing, tours, applications, leases for new residents.
Monitor budgets, prepare monthly financial reports, track expenditures.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
Administer resident programs and maximize resident satisfaction.
Oversee renovations and ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
Ensure compliance with housing regulations and resolve resident concerns.
