Job summary

You will schedule meetings with high net worth individuals, travel up to 50%+, and work with Commercial Lines teams to build trusted client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in High Net Worth or personal insurance sales or service.
• Active property/casualty license required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with high net worth individuals to assess lifestyle and insurance needs.
• Provide consultative advice and tailor personal risk management solutions.
• Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis.
• Develop centers of influence and lead sources for USI ONE Advantage.
• Meet with external centers of influence to prospect and serve clients.
• Collaborate with Commercial Lines and Employee Benefits teams.
• Maintain prospect data and write proposals for Personal Risk Management clients.
