Job summary

The Indiana University Foundation (IUF) seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support Affinity Giving programs through communications, volunteer engagement, event coordination, and administrative support in Indianapolis. This role collaborates with the Black Philanthropy Circle, Latino Philanthropy Circle, Queer Philanthropy Circle, and Women’s Philanthropy among others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in program coordination, communications, event planning, volunteer management, or fundraising support.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications including emails, newsletters, meeting materials, and volunteer correspondence.
• Support volunteer leadership groups by scheduling meetings and recording minutes.
• Assist with planning and executing events, donor engagement activities, receptions, and meetings.
• Coordinate annual giving campaigns and donor outreach initiatives.
• Maintain volunteer and donor records and program documentation.
• Partner with Events, Marketing, Stewardship, Donor Relations, and other departments.
• Assist donor stewardship activities and donor renewals.
• Support gift processing, budget tracking, and reimbursements.
• Manage calendars and process invoice payments.
