Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Janesville, WI is seeking an Affiliate & Search Engine Marketing Specialist to lead our affiliate programs and manage social campaigns across digital platforms, aiming to grow brand visibility and online sales.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize paid search (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads), oversee Commission Junction relationships, coordinate homepage initiatives for FarmandFleet.com, and analyze performance to inform strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in communications, marketing, or equivalent experience preferred.
1-3 years’ experience with affiliate & social marketing, digital advertising or similar.
Familiarity with affiliate and social marketing networks and search engine marketing
Proven record in negotiation and management of online media campaigns
Knowledge in ad-serving technologies and social media tools
Experience in campaign management
Understanding of performance metrics and KPIs for both affiliate and social campaigns.
Awareness of SEO principles as they relate to social media and affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities

Oversee paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) alignment with objectives.
Evaluate and provide direction on keyword strategy and campaign structure with agency.
Collaborate with internal teams and agency to optimize landing pages and ROAS.
Manage CJ affiliate relationships and recruitment; monitor performance.
Plan homepage updates and traffic initiatives for FarmandFleet.com.
