Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet seeks an Affiliate & Social Marketing Specialist to manage affiliate programs and craft social campaigns across digital platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to grow online presence and sales.

Responsibilities include overseeing paid search campaigns, optimizing keyword strategy, and driving ROI through data-driven insights. A background in marketing with 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in communications, marketing, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience with affiliate & social marketing, digital advertising or similar.
• Familiarity with affiliate and social marketing networks and search engine marketing.
• Proven record in negotiation and management of online media campaigns.
• Knowledge in ad-serving technologies and social media tools.
• Experience in campaign management.
• Understanding of performance metrics and KPIs for both affiliate and social campaigns.
• Awareness of SEO principles as they relate to social media and affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage Blain’s affiliate programs through strategy, implementation, and performance analysis.
• Create, execute, and monitor social marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Oversee paid search campaigns (Google/Microsoft Ads) and optimize keyword strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to align SEM and affiliates with business goals.
• Monitor and report campaign performance, drive ROI and scale.
