Affiliate Marketing Manager

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with expertise in lead generation and preferably experience in the insurance industry. From identification of mutually beneficial growth opportunities to nurturing existing relationships, you’ll be responsible for high-budget campaigns and continuously optimize for ROAS. You’ll collaborate closely with our Development team, Sales team, and our Marketing team to collectively achieve our team-wide initiates and growth targets.

This role requires both strategic insight and detail-oriented analysis. You're equally comfortable pulling performance reports to find subtle patterns as you are spotting macro-level trends and making decisive or significant changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage cooperative relationships with affiliate publishers, driving performance to satisfy business standards and KPIs.
• Analyze performance data to identify areas of improvement and scale high-performing sources while nurturing relationships.
• Collaborate closely with affiliates on generation of creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
• Maintain clear reporting dashboards and provide actionable campaign summaries for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay on top of platform updates, industry trends, and emerging strategies.
• Operate with a strong sense of ownership and take initiative to help build a strong foundation for the program.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of affiliate management experience with a focus on direct response lead generation and performance marketing.
• Proven track record of managing six- or seven-figure monthly affiliate payouts while maintaining strong ROAS.
• Strong analytical skills—comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets, ad dashboards, and attribution tools.
• Understanding of ad placements, conversion funnels, landing page testing, and CRO.
• Self-starter who thrives in data-driven environments.
• Experience with Everflow, CAKE, TUNE Network, or similar

Bonus: Experience working with consumer lead generation brands, insurance carriers/brokers, and high-volume affiliates
