Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Location: Remote (U.S.-based - No visa sponsorship)

Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer

GigaStar is building the Wall Street of the Creator Economy. Our platform brings Creators and Investors together, enabling fans and investors to participate in the crowdfunded growth of YouTube channels by investing in revenue-sharing securities. We’re on a mission to democratize the Creator Economy and help Creators and their communities grow together.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with deep roots in the Creator Economy to drive our next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of hands-on marketing experience, working directly with Creators, YouTubers, influencers, as well as internal sales teams. You’ll own our digital acquisition strategies, work collaboratively with the Creator Sales Team to help fill the sales pipeline, manage paid media (Google Ads), lead our social media efforts, manage agency relationships, help grow our Discord community, and optimize marketing workflows using HubSpot and other tools, including AI automation.

Experience or familiarity with Web3 and blockchain technologies is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership : Design and execute multi-channel inbound and outbound marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the Creator Economy, driving YouTube Creator acquisition and influencer engagement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner closely with the Creator Sales Team to align on inbound marketing initiatives and campaigns to support company and revenue goals.
• Deliver Expert Marketing Guidance to YouTube Creators who onboard with GigaStar, in close collaboration with the Creator Growth Manager, ensuring all media assets (videos, graphics, messaging) are optimized for successful crowdfunding campaigns.
• Paid Media Management : Plan, manage, and optimize paid search, display, and retargeting advertising campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads) to meet growth KPIs.
• Lifecycle Marketing : Implement email marketing workflows, drip campaigns, and customer journeys in HubSpot to nurture leads and drive conversion.
• Analytics & Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Content Strategy : Collaborate with the CMO and internal teams to help create financially compliant, SEO-targeted messaging that resonates with Creators.
• Community Building : Oversee and expand GigaStar’s presence across Discord and social platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, BlueSky, Facebook), fostering a vibrant and engaged community.
• Web3/Blockchain Initiatives (Bonus) : Advise on marketing strategies that incorporate blockchain or Web3 technologies to attract creators and investors familiar with decentralized platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-8 years of marketing experience in the Creator Economy or influencer marketing.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, with a passion for helping Creators succeed.
• Strong understanding of the Creator Economy, YouTube ecosystem, and influencer marketing best practices.
• Track record of managing and growing social media channels and Discord communities.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar tools (email marketing, workflows, CRM).
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and YouTube ad campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting.
• Excellent communication, budget management, and project management skills.
• Bonus Skills: Web3, blockchain, or tokenized products experience.
