Job summary

Pattern, headquartered in the US, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager in Lehi to own and optimize affiliate programs across major marketplaces. You will build networks, launch campaigns, monitor budgets, and report results to brand partners while collaborating with the Marketplaces team.

You will work in a hybrid Lehi role, engaging with creators, influencers, and retailers to drive growth. Experience with Amazon/Walmart programs and data-driven decision making is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in affiliate marketing or agency settings.
• Hands-on experience with marketplace affiliate programs such as Amazon or Walmart.
• Understanding of how affiliate programs function: network building, campaigns, budgets.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Levanta or Impact is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage affiliate campaigns with budgets and timelines.
• Grow and engage affiliate networks; craft messaging and strategies for partners.
• Provide regular reporting, strategy, and program updates to brand partners.
• Monitor program health and budgets across marketplaces and flag issues.
