Fashionphile seeks an experienced Specialist, Affiliate and Creator Partnerships to manage and grow our affiliate program and creator community. You will drive revenue, brand awareness, and content creation through strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations.

The role offers hybrid work with presence at Lehi or LA locations, coordinating influencer visits, activations, and content opportunities.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related digital marketing role.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, LTK, ShopMy, or similar networks.
• Experience coordinating influencer campaigns, creator gifting, product seeding, or brand partnerships.
• Familiarity with UGC platforms, creator management software, and content approval processes.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, creator culture, and emerging social media trends.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking campaign performance, revenue, conversions, ROI, and calendars.
• Excellent organizational skills managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and partner relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with creators and partners.

Mansioni

• Manage and grow FASHIONPHILE's Creator Collective, building relationships with creators who generate authentic content and affiliate-driven sales.
• Lead creator research, outreach, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management across TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships from outreach through campaign execution, including contracts, deliverables, timelines, approvals, and tracking.
• Manage influencer gifting, product seeding, and loan coordination, including shipment tracking and follow-up.
• Maintain influencer databases, campaign calendars, creator deliverable trackers, and partnership budgets.
• Collaborate with social, creative, and paid media teams to leverage high-performing content for ads and organic posts.
