FASHIONPHILE in Lehi, UT is seeking a Specialist, Affiliate and Creator Partnerships to lead our affiliate program, grow creator partnerships, and manage UGC and EGC initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and creative, with strong understanding of affiliate marketing, social trends, and creator ads.

This role requires building relationships with affiliates and creators, coordinating campaigns across TikTok and Instagram, tracking performance and revenue, and supporting

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a related digital marketing role.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, LTK, ShopMy, or similar networks.
• Experience coordinating influencer campaigns, creator gifting, product seeding, or brand partnerships.
• Familiarity with UGC platforms, creator management software, and content approval processes including Collableable, Minisocial and Meta Business Suite
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, creator culture, and emerging social media trends.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking campaign performance, revenue, conversions, ROI, and campaign calendars.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and partner relationships simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working directly with creators, influencers, and external partners.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently and across teams.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle marketing.
• Interest in luxury fashion, designer accessories, resale, and the creator economy.
• Ability to work regularly on-site at the FASHIONPHILE Lehi location and travel occasionally for events and activations.

• Manage and optimize FASHIONPHILE's affiliate marketing program to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, influencers, publishers, and commission-based partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners through regular communication, resources, promotional opportunities, and incentives.
• Manage daily affiliate operations, including partner inquiries, application approvals, platform requests, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee affiliate platforms including Impact, LTK, ShopMy, and other networks.
• Negotiate commission structures, promotional placements, and partnership opportunities that drive incremental revenue.
• Manage affiliate tracking links, partner agreements, and campaign assets.
• Monitor affiliate performance, sales attribution, commissions, and conversions while supporting financial reconciliation, invoicing, budget tracking, and reporting accuracy.
